1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number.
2. Global Shipping & Delivery Rates
We proudly ship our authentic denim products from our global manufacturing base to customers worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@levislee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with a claim to the carrier.
